ArtsReady at the Western Arts Alliance Conference, 8/31 - 9/03, Vancouver BC

Stop by the ArtsReady Exhibit (Booth 814) at the 2015 Western Arts Alliance Conference!

We are delighted to have the opportunity to talk to you about Readiness Planning and how the ArtsReady tool can help your organization prepare for a disaster or business setback of any size.

Also join us at our Roundtable! “Dress Rehearsal…for a Crisis?” Tuesday, 9/1, 10:30 am.

This session lets you find out how prepared you are for a crisis – BEFORE you’re under the pressure. You’ll walk into an arts emergency scenario – it could be related to an artist, a controversy, an accident, a theft, facility damage – that really could happen to you. With a small team and a guide, work through how to respond. You’ll leave with hands-on experience and planning steps you can use to better prepare your organization for an emergency, as well as information on the online readiness planning tool and resources.

Moderator: Mollie Quinlan-Hayes, ArtsReady Director

Follow us on Twitter @BeArtsReady to get instant notifications of when we’ll be at our booth.

We’re also giving away an Emergency Weather Radio – a great tool for your office or home to be alerted of hazardous weather. To enter the raffle, just drop your business card off at our table.
